Activation of Software

How do I activate the Software? 

Download the Files 

  1. Sign in to your Account Center at  chartdynamix.com/my-account .
  2. Select  File Downloads  and download your product.
  3. Select  License Keys  and copy your product key to the clipboard.

Complete the Installation

  1. NT8    (Installation Guide)
  2. FXTS (Installation Guide)
  3. MT4    (Installation Guide)

Activation for Bundled Products

Enter your key in the setup wizard when prompted.


Activation for NinjaTrader 8

  1. Bundled products
    Enter your key in the setup wizard when prompted as shown above.
  2. Single products
    Upon first use of the software, you will be presented with an activation dialogue.  Paste your license key into the field, acknowledge the terms of service and select Activate.  If, for any reason, the activation dialogue is not present, Activate new key using the tool properties as shown below.

  1. Activate new key
    Open the indicator properties , enter your key in the "New License Key" field (usually near the bottom) and select OK.
    This field may be used at any time to activate a different key for the product.


Activation for FX Trading Station

  1. Bundled products
    Enter your key in the setup wizard when prompted.
  2. Single products
    Open the indicator properties, enter your key in the "New License Key" field (near the bottom) and select OK.

Activation for MetaTrader 4

  1. Bundled products
    Enter your key in the setup wizard when prompted.
  2. Single products
    Open the indicator properties, enter your key in the "New License Key" field (near the bottom) and select OK.
 

Deactivating a Machine

  1. Sign in to your  Account Center  at  chartdynamix.com/my-account .
  2. Select  License Keys , find your product and select Activations .


  3. Find the correct Machine ID for the installation you wish to remove and select  Deactivate .
     Note: The product may be easily reactivated but this action cannot be undone.   


  4. A new Machine ID may now be activated in the available slot.
