Troubleshooting: View the Events Log

View the Events Log

Before submitting your FXTS support question to our help desk, please FIRST be sure to view any recent error messages in your event Log.  Take a screenshot of this event log and submit it with your help request.

  1. From the top menu, select Alerts and Trading Automation  -->  Show Events



  2. View the Log under the Events window.  Take a screenshot or use the right-click menu to copy all text and paste into your support request.  You may also Save to File and attach the file for us.
