Downloading your Product Files
How do I download my products?
1) Navigate to ChartDynamix.com/my-account or select 'My Account' from the top menu at ChartDynamix.com. Sign in using your credentials (username or email may be used).
If you need to reset your password, please use the included
password-recovery link. A link will be sent to the email on file. Please
allow a few minutes for the email to be received.
2) Once successfully signed in to your Account Center, navigate to 'File Downloads'.
3) All of your purchased download files, both subscription and non-subscription will be displayed.

Simply select the download button on the right for the product you wish to download.
NOTE: Windows may issue a security warning to download; Be sure you choose to keep the file.
4) Most download files are provided in ZIP format. You will need to extract the archive to access the files inside. Use the Windows included Extract All feature in the File Explorer.
5) Inside the extracted ZIP archive you will find any relevant setup wizards and installation files.
