Hello Users,
Thank
you again for your patience. We regret that our vendor's server
infrastructure seems to have experienced a major meltdown :(
Needless to say this is probably more upsetting for us than it is to you
but we certainly understand the inconvenience it may have caused some
of you in your chart analysis today. We apologize for that and as we
said earlier, are developing new solutions to avoid this as well as
moving on to more reliable technology partners. |

We expect the problem to be resolved sometime over night. However, if you'd rather not wait any longer, there is a solution! Simply download and install the new installation package available from your account center right now.
- Log into your CDX Account Center
- Download the new file you see for your software ending in (Temp)
- Unzip the file
- Use the included installer.exe OR use the FXTS drag-and-drop install method. It will take you about 2 minutes :)

We've included a
free trial of our HTF Candle Overlay indicator in the (Temp) download
package. Try it out and let us know what you think!

If you opt
to install this temporary release, it will remain valid for 30 days.
After this period, you will simply need to reinstall the original files
(or updated files) to continue using.
No other action will be required on your part until otherwise noted.

On a funny note, although we understand the
frustration, we were quite amused by some of the messages we received
from some of you today as if your house was burning down or someone left
you outside in the cold naked. We hope that you laughed also
