  1. FIX: LBC Oscillator contained a bug in the 'Break Threshold' logic causing inaccurate output on smaller timeframes where ATR values are smaller.
  2. ADDED: UnfilledOrders:  Added X-Offset property to accommodate 'stacked' higher-time frames and other indicators in the display area.
  3. TWEAK: Performance and stability enhancements.
