FXTS: CDXLevelBreakCountOsc - Break Threshold Bug

Attention FXTS Users,

A bug found in the CDXLevelBreakCountOsc indicator is causing some output values to be incorrect, particularly on smaller time-frame charts.

The fix has been integrated with version 20180611_1 and later. The new version will appear in the next deployed update of Meat and Potatoes Trend Suite for FXTS in the next couple of weeks.
