This forum is for the submission of feedback, bugs and/or enhancement suggestions during the AnchorTrend Scanner beta testing period.

SOME NOTES
  • During download and/or installation, you may encounter security warnings due to the executables not yet being code-signed.  This is expected and you need not be concerned by this.  The files come directly from us and are verified safe.
  • The app may function intermittently during the beta period depending on the availability of various data servers. If you encounter difficulty accessing the app for an extended period, please notify devteam@chartdynamix.com for assistance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • BUGS
    • Of course we would like to know of any bugs you encounter.  The logic should be pretty stable at this point, but there are many environmental variables which we may not have encountered yet.
    • ​The trend output should match that of the API you are connected to (OANDA or FXCM), so if you find discrepancies between the scanner and the charting app, this would be worthy of note.
  • Usage & Overall Feel
    • ​We want to make sure the application works logically and has (not perfect) but a relatively intuitive feel.  If you see an area where we can improve, please let us know.  For example, maybe you think a configuration menu should be ordered differently, etc.
  • Functionality
    • ​The goal of this app is not to capture every major feature of a signal scanner. CDX has other applications under development that may be used for similar purposes.  That being said, if you see obvious missing functionality which may be worthy of consideration please do submit your suggestions here.
